Tiffany Ingersoll

Yoga, Integral Movement, Balanced Body CPT

Tiffany has a passion for learning about the human body and sharing that knowledge with her students to help them heal themselves. She sees each human body as a unique puzzle. It is her hope to help her students put the pieces of mind and body back together in order to live life to its fullest. Tiffany’s philosophy is to be constantly collecting knowledge about how the human body works in order to create dynamic movement practices tailored to the needs of her students.

Since 2008, Tiffany has been teaching movement and reconnecting students to their bodies. She is a certified, experienced yoga teacher and a Balanced Body comprehensively-trained Pilates instructor with over a 1000hrs of training. Tiffany’s focus is working with therapeutic students whose bodies are recovering in some way and need help re-educating and re-integrating.

In 2018 Tiffany gave birth to her first child. The journey through pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum recovery led Tiffany to fall in love with helping moms-to-be and mom’s recovering from childbirth learn how best to move their body to support themselves and their new child. Tiffany was able to keep active and moving throughout her pregnancy through a fusion of yoga, Pilates and fascial-release work. She strongly believes that staying active throughout pregnancy, and slowly returning to this activity shortly after birth, helped her to manage all the various shifts within her body, physically, hormonally, mentally and emotionally.

Tiffany benefited from a strong network of support around her during and after er pregnancy; now her mission is to be a part of the support network for other mothers and mothers-to-be. Each pregnancy is unique, each birth story is unique, and every woman’s recovery is unique. Tiffany is on a mission to support your unique and wonderful body in your journey through pregnancy and beyond.
