  • Weekly Private Sessions

    ​Private Sessions are carefully tailored to the body set before us. The client will receive a carefully constructed, individualized, appropriately modified, and challenging exercise program. These sessions are designed to present whole body integration as well as detailed muscular isolation - resulting in a deeper, truer connection to both body and mind. (55 minutes)

  • Weekly Semi Private Sessions

    Semi Private sessions are available for reservation for groups between 2 and 4 people. You and your group will receive hands on instruction and a movement routine that is tailored to each individual regardless of past pilates experience, while incorporating exercises from multiple apparatus. The pace and theme of the sessions are set based on the needs, goals, and abilities of the clients. You are required to bring your own group! (55 minutes)

We do not offer packages for Private Sessions at this time

Cancellation Policy

Please consider before booking: If you are unable to cancel or reschedule outside of the 24 hour period you will be charged the full price of the appointment. Please respect the policy as it is unlikely that the instructor will be able to re-book the hour on such short notice.  We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment out of respect for the instructor.
