We cap our group classes off at 6 in order to provide the highest quality of curated care for our clients. We believe that every student in class should receive hands on guidance, personalized modifications and individual attention to ensure that goals are met and that our clients feel seen.

Cancellation Policy
Please consider before booking: If you are unable to cancel or reschedule outside of the 24 hour period you will be charged the full price of the appointment. Please respect the policy as it is unlikely that the instructor will be able to re-book the hour on such short notice. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment out of respect for the instructor.
