Kate discovered Pilates after years in consulting and financial technology. With an engineering background and a career rooted in problem-solving, she was searching for something more grounded and creative. Pilates quickly became that outlet—a way to challenge her body, quiet her mind, and reconnect with movement.
She earned her Balanced Body Comprehensive Certification under the mentorship of Melissa Kakavas and continues to expand her training with an emphasis on thoughtful, functional movement.
Kate’s teaching style is both supportive and motivating. She meets clients where they are, encouraging them to build awareness, explore their limits, and develop strength and confidence—inside the studio and beyond.
